Broadwater is situated north of the railway line and boarded by Sompting in the east and West Tarring in the west. Broadwater Green and the fire station dominate the entrance to Broadwater on the A24 while Lyons Farm (Sainsburys and the usual out-of-town DIY stores) provide the northern boundary on the A27. Good bus services serve all the pubs listed.
