This is a former King & Barnes public house that still displays some old K&B signage. It has a strong local following and two contrasting bars. There is a comfortable lounge bar with many windmill ornaments on display. The public bar has a bar billiards table, dart board, flagstone floor and agriculture implements hanging from the ceiling. Both bars have a welcoming log fire to warm you up on a chilly winters’ evening. To the side of the pub is a pleasant garden. Home cooked food is served daily at lunchtimes, and every evening apart from Sunday evening.
