The only Harvey's tied house in the branch area is situated just east of the river and town centre. Pleasant décor, with a racing theme - pictures of jockeys, colours and horses. There is a log fire in the centre of this pleasantly decorated pub that can have upto 4 different types of Harveys ales on. There is a restaurant area at the back and a courtyard for drinking at the side. Food is served daily from 1200 to 1430 & 1800 to 2130, with a roast dinner available on Sundays. No children in the bar area after 9pm.
