A Beefeater pub restaurant that under went a refurbishment in 2007. The bar is still a small bar and there is a conservatory. There is a large well laid out garden with kid's play area (children welcome until 9pm). A plasma screen and outside smoking area have been "installed". Food served all day.
How to find: Just off the A27 at Manor roundabout, opposite Lancing Manor.
