A 17th Century village pub with fine views over the 'wild brooks' from the conservatory and rear terrace over looking the wildbrooks. Change hands after many years in 2004 and was recently aquired by a new proprietor in May 2005. Three bars, a hexagonal pool table. This pub was popular with regulars, walkers, and real ale drinkers.
