This pub was formally called the Ham and underwent an extensive redevelopment in 2004. It is a large locals pub with a separate games area where pool and darts are played. There is a big screen on which live sports are shown. Ship pictures and artefacts adorn the walls. Occasional karaoke. There is decking outside the front. Above the bay windows stand a smuggler and cannon. Real ale not always available.
