This 'Country House' has a smallish comfortable bar and a larger restaurant occuping the rest of the floor area. The 'pub' has a good atmosphere, the beer is well kept and there is a large well ordered beer garden. Now popular as an eatery with food served lunches and evenings. Three handpumps are on display but it is rare for more than one to be used. "Attractive venue for a meal, with the added bonus of well-kept beer".
