Harveys Sussex Best Bitter; guest beer
This large pub is close to the town centre. Kemp Town Brewery stained glass windows date from when the brewery owned the pub. Harry Chapman’s old ‘Tower Brewery’, closed in 1926, still stands at the rear, but has been converted into flats. The pub closed in 2009 for a refit and is now a hotel, restaurant, and pub. There are now some 'cafe' style table to the front. Irish music at the weekend.
OS Ref: TQ153027
