Previously called the Shipton Hotel and then Strollers, this pub was completely revamped in 2008. It has a relaxed atmosphere and is on multiple levels. The ground floor has a variety of comfortable chairs in which you can sit & watch the world go by. There are old prints of Worthing on the walls as well as those of Dickensian characters and pictures of the great writer himself. Food is served Tuesday to Saturday lunchtimes and evening, and Sunday lunchtime. It has a large rear garden and a function room.
