This large multi-roomed pub (it is a 16th century pub that used to be partly a morgue) has changed recently to the Bull's Head. Both the food and ales are destinctly improved. It is close to Goring Hall and Goring Gap, as well as the Ilex Way. Food is served 12-2.30 and 6.00-9. There is a large secluded garden (where dogs are not allowed), a separate restaurant (in a 'barn' style extension) and comfortable, older-style bar (where dogs are allowed).
