Badger (Hall & Woodhouse)
Badger Best, Furst Ferret; Tanglefoot; 'King & Barnes' Sussex
Popular local where home cooking is a speciality. There is a ciomfortable bar with a pool table and a small non-smoking resturant area and a tiny 'snug' on the river side. There is a small (but excellent) snack menu (mainly sandwiches, jackets and ploughmans) plus some daily specials. Food is served daily lunches and evenings. There is a small patio to the rear but carry on for ten yards and you get to the garden with its raised decking area next to the river Adur, aviary and children's playhouse.
How to find: In the village next to the Bridge on the way to Bramber.
