No Real Ale
The latest ultra-modern makeover in central Worthing. Food available all day, and for takeaway! Coffee a speciality. There are now pool tables in what was Worthing's last brewery, the former Fathom & Firkin (and before that the Fountain), demolished to make way for this 'pub' in 2000. Like many of the 'new pubs' in Chapel Road this has had numerous 'makeovers', becoming the Assembly and, finally, changing its name with another makeover in 2007 to Bar Release.
