A large, historic pub situated on the banks of the River Arun, near the footbridge. There is a nautical flavour to the décor of the large lounge bar as well as a conservatory and a raised level over looking the river where an extensive menu features heavily, but a decent locals' (public) bar with a pool table and plasma screen remains. There is plenty of outside seating. Food served lunches and evenings. Ensuite accommodation is available.
