Lancing

Lancing stretches from the coast over the A27 to the downs. It is boarded by Shoreham and the Worthing borough. There is a good means of escape (apologies if you live there!) in the train and bus routes with frequent services both east (try Portslade's Stanley Arms, Shoreham's Buckingham Arms and Brighton's Evening Star) and west try Worthing and any of the other places in this guide.

(For details of Lancing Bus and Rail services follow the links.)

Lancing pubs:
Britannia (Havester)
Crabtree ***
Farmers Hotel
Merry Monk
Sussex Pad
Sussex Potter (Whitbread)

Try also:
